Terms and Conditions - Online Programs

Effective Date: December 21st, 2025

By purchasing, accessing, or using any online course provided by Bridging Brokenness, LLC dba Clancy Consulting Services™ (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or use the course.

 

1. Course Access and Use

1.1. Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2. You may not:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your login credentials.

  • Resell, redistribute, or make the course content available to any third party.

  • Use the course for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

1.3. Course access duration will be as stated at the time of purchase (e.g., time-limited or lifetime access).

 

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All course materials - including videos, documents, templates, and other content - are the exclusive property of Bridging Brokenness, LLC dba Clancy Consulting Services™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written authorization.

 

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1. All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
3.2. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.
3.3. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final.

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. Courses are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
4.2. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from course participation.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridging Brokenness, LLC dba Clancy Consulting Services™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the course.

 

6. User Conduct

6.1. You agree to use the course in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2. You agree not to:

  • Engage in activities that damage, disable, or impair the course platform.

  • Interfere with other users’ access or experience.

 

7. Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

 
8. Modifications

8.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pennsylvania.

 

 

Terms relating directly to the Mountaineering Mindset™ Academy Subscription (autorenewal clause)

1. Course Access

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the course content.

  • Do not share login details, resell, or distribute course materials.

  • Access duration will be stated at purchase.

 

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content is owned by Bridging Brokenness, LLC and protected by law.

  • Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works without permission is prohibited.

 

3. Payment, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  • Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

  • Payments are processed via Wix Payments.

  • Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription-based course, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. Failure to provide notice will result in renewal for the next term.

  • Refunds: All sales are final.

 

4. Disclaimer

  • Courses are provided “as is” without guarantees.

  • We do not promise specific results.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from course use.

 

6. User Conduct

  • Use courses lawfully and responsibly.

  • Do not disrupt the platform or other users.

  • We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

  • Terms may change; updates will be posted here. Continued use means acceptance.
