Terms and Conditions - Online Bookings

Effective Date: January 5th, 2026

These Bookings Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all scheduling, bookings, appointments, sessions, services, programs, consultations, workshops, speaking engagements, coaching sessions, and related offerings (collectively, "Services"). By scheduling or purchasing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Agreement

By booking Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have legal guardian consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Completion of a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is not confirmed until payment/required deposit (if applicable) is received, and a confirmation notice is issued.

Confirmation may be provided via email, calendar invitation, or booking platform notification.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods are determined by the booking platform or invoicing terms.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client-Initiated)

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time unless otherwise stated. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. If rescheduling is requested with less than a 24-hour notice, client is subject to a $250.00 fee, which is to be paid in full prior to permission to rebook.

No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show and will be charged in full. After 3 no-shows, client is subject to program dismissal.

5. Cancellations or Changes by Provider

The Provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to illness, emergency, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, clients may choose a rescheduled session, based on availability, for the affected booking.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Digital products, completed sessions, and partially used packages are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Late Arrival Policy

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrival may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction.

Sessions will not extend beyond the scheduled end time to accommodate late arrival.

8. Packages, Programs & Bundles

Packages and programs must be used within the

specified time period.

Unused sessions do not roll over and will be forfeited.

9. Scope of Services & Disclaimer

Services provided are educational, coaching, consulting, or professional development in nature and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
